BMW is thinking about adding an M to the X4 line.

Fans of thinly sliced stupidly impractical high performance suv niches will be thrilled.

Lovers of suvs that are suvs and sporty cars that are sporty cars will be confused

Wallets of people with money everywhere will be emptied.

No first Audi will make a sloped SQ5 then Porsche will use that as a base to make the competitor.... that will be very nicely styled and oddly desirable for some reason.

Does that mean the SQ5 is faster than the yet-to-be-released base Macan? or is it a rule in the VAG that one model (based on another model) can't surpass another in performance? My brain hurts.

Why is there even going to be a base Macan? There should be a rule that the Porsche version of the axe can't be slower than any Audi version. What's the point of a Porsche that gets beat by its Audi cousin???
